Come dressed up as your favourite book character
Tuesday 20th 1:30pm - Monster Theatre Art Workshop
Make a monster theatre scene, collage or sculpture with Arts Officer Lauren Simeoni at the Hospital School
Monday to Friday 10am- Livestreamed Book Readings
We're reading a different book each day in the Starlight Room. You can watch along in the Starlight Room OR on Starlight on Demand. After we finish reading we'll do an activity based on the book!
Monday to Friday 3pm - Book Week Games
Every afternoon we're playing games based on the books we've been reading. You can play along in the Starlight Room or on the Starlight on Demand stream to win some cool prizes!
MONDAY: TILLY
Tilly’s found the perfect hiding place to keep her special treasures. No one knows about it, not even her big brothers and sister, who know everything. But one day, something happens that Tilly could never have imagined…

Don't have a hiding place for your special treasure like Tilly? Not to worry! Our activity in the craft room will be making your own treasure box!

Tilly has let us borrow some of her treasures! We're going to see if her very special objects will sink or swim in our bucket of water!

TUESDAY: WE'RE STUCK!
When Turtle races into the lift of Building 24,
there is a nod and a blink and a step to the side.
A grunt and a sigh and a lean to the right.
But what happens when the lift stops moving?
Crocodile has a meeting to get to.
And Giraffe has a doctor’s appointment.
And Turtle really, really needs to get to the shop.

WEDNESDAY: LITTLE BIRDS DAY

THURSDAY: NOP
Nop is a scruffy kind of bear. He sits on a dusty armchair in Oddmint's Dumporeum surrounded by the beaders, knitters, patchers and stitchers who are much too busy to talk to him. So he watches the litter tumble until, armed with a new bow tie, he has an idea that will change his life forever.

One of the best things about Book Week is getting to dress up as some of our favourite characters!
In today's activity, we will make an outfit for our favourite toys! Create a bow tie for them or dress them up as a book character!

Every day was a skip and a hop for Three. He was happy to walk from here to there, wherever his nose led or wherever his legs took him . . . all the way to new friends.

Make a map just like Three the dog from our book! It might be of a place you go to all the time: a park, the playground, your school. Or you could make up your own place to explore!
